CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
If your credit card has processed, you will be assessed a 5% cancellation fee.
Please note that if your order has already been processed and given to UPS, shipping charges may apply for any subsequent order change. Please review your order carefully - once submitted orders may be processed at any time and can be shipped almost immediately after processing.
RETURN POLICY
WE DO NOT SELL PRODUCTS FOR EVALUATION.
For all returns, YOU MUST contact us via Email or Phone and receive a Return Authorization Number
SHIPPING
If you have not done business with Rado Vshop before, a routine check is done to ensure that we are delivering to your billing address of your credit card. For orders placed that are not going to your billing address, or if you are not the cardholder for that credit card, the transaction can be delayed as we must verify the information. You may need to contact the issuer of the credit card to authorize the transaction [they should be able to put a notation on your account showing the alternate delivery address, or the cardholder may need to specifically authorize the transaction in advance].
Sometimes it is more convenient to have items delivered to a work address: if you prefer delivery to a work address, it is very important that we have the business name shown on your order, and the business phone number must be on the order as well. UPS may not be able to deliver unless the address reflects the business location name in the address.
PLEASE NOTE To help protect you, we report all attempts of improper credit card use immediately to the issuing credit card company, the Internet provider used when the order was placed and if applicable your local law enforcement authorities.
Shipments are made from any of our warehouses that have the particular items you need in stock. In rare circumstances, an order can be shipped from multiple locations.
We ship US Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation or UPS ground, at our discretion.
Special shipping instructions such as 2nd day, overnight, Saturday or holiday delivery, Federal Express, etc., can be placed in the special instruction section of the shopping cart. Any additional shipping charges, will be added after shipping has occurred.
Shipping and handling charges for the 48 states is a minimum of $6.95 and is based on package weight. The shipping charge is automatically calculated by the secure shopping cart system.
For all shipping charges over 5 pounds, additional shipping and handling charges apply. If you provide a valid Email address or phone number you will be contacted prior to shipment of merchandise for additional charges.
BACKORDERED ITEMS
Your order is processed and charged to your credit card when it is received. Those items which are temporarily out of stock we will indicate this to you on your invoice or by phone/e-mail. For items with long lead times, or for items which are no longer available, you may be informed of alternates to your selection. You may cancel a backordered item at any time with no penalty as long as the item is not a special order. For new items with high demand levels, order are placed in queue and backorders are filled as "first in, first out" priority.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For international orders , please be sure to send us the required photostats of your credit card & billing info . Your order cannot be shipped until this information is received.
Keep in mind the Actual freight charges will be based upon value for insurance as well.
Important note to International Customers: Duties, taxes, customs, port fees and paperwork fees are not charged by HRO to you; these fees will be payable by you upon receipt of your goods in your country - please inquire with your local tax officials for more information about these charges. Freight charges for packages returned as undeliverable cannot be refunded - be sure to supply a good daytime phone number and address.
International Orders have a minimum shipping charge of $35.00 added. This is for small packages less than 4 pounds, with a maximum length of 24 in. and and combined length, width and height of 36 in. Packages that fall in these parameters will be sent via Airmail. For larger package orders, we suggest you contact us via email or phone for actual shipping charges. For special shipping requests, please email us using the link below.
International Orders WILL be verified by Telex between our bank and the card holder bank. This procedure can take up to 96 hours depending on the country in which the card was issued. If for what ever reason, the card holder NAME and ADDRESS cannot be verified by our bank, you will receive an email (on the condition you have provided us with a valid email address), explaining why your order cannot be processed and giving you further purchasing options.
On International Orders do not request that we falsify customs documents or send merchandise as samples, gifts, etc.
International Orders WILL NOT be shipped TO ANY ADDRESS other than that of the cardholder, regardless of where the cardholder resides. You must contact us via phone or email to make special arrangements for these type of orders.
